CrewLinkAI provides discovery, matching, messaging, and workflow tools. It does not employ pilots, operate aircraft, or make hiring decisions on behalf of operators.

2. Operator Responsibilities

Operators remain solely responsible for credential verification, regulatory compliance, safety, and final hiring decisions.

Match scores and AI-generated explanations are assistive only and do not replace operational judgment.

3. Pilot Responsibilities

Pilots are responsible for the accuracy of profile information, availability, qualifications, and communications shared on the network.

Pilots must comply with applicable regulations and contractual obligations when responding to staffing opportunities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service.

• Do not upload false qualifications, impersonate others, or interfere with platform security.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or resell access without authorization.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful discrimination or harassment.
